I was contacted by Cypress Creek Solar, Arizona twice by two different employees.
One employee wanted 160 acres and I wrote back and asking to see the lease. No reply.
Second letter from Cypress but different employee and she had picked out 3 or 4 small parcels of 5 acres or so in several fields with center pivots. You can see the pivots in the aerial pictures they included with letter.
I did not respond.
Cypress Creek sent same BS lettet to many neighbors.
Nobody signed a lease to my knowledge.
It is pretty much a scam IMO. | |
