I bought a butcher steer over the weekend and it's a crossbred calf but the sire was a Blonde d'Aquitaine. I'm impressed with the calf and it's ready to butcher at 13 months. Anybody familiar with these? Are they better than a char/red Angus cross? Just curious I had never been around one.
