Which is the lesser of 2 evils, paying too much to rent land or paying too.much to buy it? Personally land I have purchased has made me much more money than what I have rented long term
Who is to say that 15 years from now it won't be the same scenario? that one is pretty simple. Overpaying for rent beats overpaying for a purchase by a wide, wide margin. Can reach back and pull the pin any year you want. Once you're hitched up to an overpriced farm, you're pretty well stuck with it. |
