fire them all and start from scratch. Maybe they can count populations correctly. If someone in the private sector makes that big of an error they would be fired.
They are within 10% of the actual yield. As far as I know, they don't claim to be more accurate than that in this report. It's not "that big of an error." The actual yield would have to be below 152 bpa for them to be out of that range. Do you really think that the actual yield on harvested acres is really less than 152? I don't believe that it is. |
