Wheelersburg and Lancaster, Ohio | That's about the same as where I work. Unless you are master of all trades. Then you can name your own pay. Location has a lot to do with wages also. I work in a suburb of a mid size city. Just a few miles further out, in towns that have less factories that wage would be less. Also has a lot to do with the level of automation. And how fast repairs need done. One place I tried to contract with is in no hurry to get product out, and is the only factory in a pretty depressed are, only pays about half what the factory I work in does. Power plants and places that can't really shut down unexpectedly pay a lot more for example. I like to say it doesn't matter what industry you are in the same components make most all machines run.
