Don't really have dirt or bugs in the corn.  Only putting 3 ears (cut off) in a bag, because that's all my wife and I will eat at a meal.  All air sucked out of bag before sealing, so very little oxygen. Should be small enough bag that all gets blanched evenly and cooled down when plunged in ice water.  Still think it could be a problem?
