Initial surgeon blamed my fatness and inability to stay virtually immobile for several months on repair failure. But I didn't tear out his stitches. Would you even ask his opinion?

heaal no....Ask someone else in the profession that has the baalls to admitt they arent perfect and sometimes things go wrong. .....Not a darn thing to do with fat and mobility..(my opinion)..... The failure of a pilonidal cyst removal is most likeley but not nessessairly failure of the surgeon to get and remove the damaged gland and all of the sinus tunnels from beneath the surface where secreatins are infecting. The dye they put in me is to locate as much tunnel sinus as they can to eliminate the infection pockets. My surgeons were alwasy amazed how far vertically they extended.I have the cavity to prove they removed a lot. Like 4 or 5 inches long vertically.
