KS and NE in eastern 3rd
The thing that's odd is I'm not even considered in a drought according to the monitor. 95% of the area I drove through today looked like this but there are areas that have caught a pop up shower that look much better. I'm not sure how those maps get generated but something probably needs evaluated.
