And this ladies and gentlemen is one of the many reasons I despise
the thought of owning rental units.
I would much rather rent out hog buildings than deal with people.
Hogs are much cleaner than a lot of slobs, and you can sell a hog :)
But it's almost impossible to kick a renter out :)
