I don't know seems high. I think I was just spoiled with the truck I bought. Back in 2010 I paid 6000 for a 99 9400 international with new drives and a million miles. Nothing real special but still pulls my 42 foot 83 year timpte which still holds canola without leaking and hauls my hay home. Been looking for another but just can't find a deal like that anywhere.
