I agree but we haven't had the perfect one either. 2014 the north and west belt didn't have their best. 2015 and 16 the east has had its struggles. I guess what I'm saying is the last 3 haven't been the big anomaly like 2004 and 2009 were at the time. I hate talking the weather in February but it is hard to ignore how warm this winter has been.
