Not the way it works here. Some of the bigger companies pay overtime after 40..........but they are not required. I asked the question a couple of years ago with regards to my son and was shown the sources that exempted agriculture. I guarantee you that some of these employers treat there help like slaves. Especially the illegals that they know can't fight back.
