| I live in the middle of an area of large dairy farms. Many are worried the workforce will be removed. I can not feel bad for these dairy farms. I also work part time on one of the farms. But my real problem is the way many of the farms displaced the white workers here. I dairy farmed and watched as the large farms, years from 1985 to 2000, went from a workforce of women and teenagers milking, to hispanic workers. This was only to lower cost and stop paying for benefits. I personally new workers who were replaced by a hispanic for half the price and no benefits, including health ins. You the rest of the US workerforce, pays for the all the benefits the hispanics need. Will legal workers work today for less money than welfare pays, No overtime, no benefits, and almost always weekends. Hell NO.
