If the dam power is 3.5 cents, the town utility should be able to do it as cheap as anybody.
When Blair started, a farmer very close there, told me that Cargill got 2 cent electricity and he had to pay 8 cents.
Denison municipal doesn't serve that plant. Harrison county rural electric got that.
Northwest power coop got Arthur by having them move a few hundred yards west to get the load instead of Mid American.
