I wouldn't call the current move a bullish move just price doing its thing. Its gone up a dollar from 9.50 to 10.50. Its still in the lower 30% of what the trading range will be for the next 20 years. Is it an area to be selling? Only time will answer that question but in the long term one wants to be accumulating at the lows especially below 20% of range and selling multiple years above 75% of range.
