One of the features of the grain futures market is the seasonal propensity of the big traders to use farmer selling & concomitant commercial short hedging to slip out of their positions with their profits. What ZeroHedge has outlined is a similar stratagem for corporate America. By selling corporate bonds and repurchasing stocks they can extract their stock market gains, leaving the companies debt-ridden and the remaining stockholders holding far less valuable assets without raising too much suspicion.
