Workin, just a couple of weeks back a good 1/4 just to my north sold for $6900 and some change. This was more the deep pocket pissin match.

Some bunch of junk dirt 15 miles to my westish sold for somewhere around $1300. Heard some of it comes complete with deer/sunflowers to harvest.
