Not to change the subject......but what does good land sell for up there?
At it's peak land topped out at its peak anywhere from $6,500 to $7,000 an acre around Moorhead, MN. I bet most ground in Clay, Norman, Polk counties now would bring $3,500 to $4,500 per acre. Maybe more or maybe less. Land was $1,800-$2,300 ten years ago. |
