This index is not weighted too the same extent by the grains as the CCI index,all the same it seems the Trump bump is giving us higher energy costs along with higher interest rates.
If you think interest rates can not go up over time you will need to rethink that one,rates do not give a dam about the debt or anything else,they will trend to where ever they want.
