SW Ontario | Thanks for the replies. I brought the disc back yesterday morning, the guy was surprised when I showed him all the play in the hitch!
Our 4wd tractor is 120hp, so we would have had more traction but a little less power. I had never thought of letting the drawbar float, that's interesting. I didn't think there was excessive wear in the blades causing the trash to ball up, maybe just too wet. The play in the hitch likely didn't help.
What is the problem with it being wet, just compaction? Worse than plowing? | |
