Cokato, Mn
There is a computer on board tracking each time you put it in reverse, idle time, how aggressively you brake, horn honks, turn signal usage, etc. It's put into a weekly report and you get evaluated;time over or time under. It's brutal, you don't know what you're gonna get when you show up, 400 stops and 2000 packages or it could be 60 stops but some clown ordered (100) 65lb boxes that need to be in a garage with a damn dog antagonizing him the whole time.

Fun fact, they still have several thousand backup trucks they put into service during Christmas that have drum brakes in the front,no heat,no power steering, and a step that measures 26 inches off the ground to step in and out of.
