Their drivers are under extreme pressure to deliver every package every day, no matter what, or how long it takes. I have had them show up at almost 9 pm. Wife's cousin is the manager of our local facility, he said ups will not take no for an answer, I have seen him in a 4wd truck getting the last packages delivered when the snow gets deep and the normal trucks can not get there.
