| This is just pure ignorance talking...sorry for you. The steak knives at a restaurant aren't what I would call a nice knife, and they get replaced plenty quick too. Most of them come from the Sysco truck for about a buck...but notice they aren't sharp just serrated.
I have a set of Wuhstoff classic steak knives, would run $600 in the store if you paid full price, I got them free using my airline miles from flying for work. Always hand washed like the rest of my German Cutlery and not a lick of rust on them nor do they dull.
Get your moldy money out and buy a decent set, take care of the them whatever brand they are and you won't have an issue. | |
