If someone is storing it for the carry they will probable need to move it at some point and typically there is a better basis when corn isn't moving so that is when a lot of the corn stored for carry moves. I would think that anything that is stored for the carry is going to be available for the end users when they need it the most. When I have corn in the bins collecting the carry I make sure several end users know that it is sitting there and they also know what it would take for a basis to get that corn.
