West Central IL | Fsa- lots of paper work, strict guidelines, cheap interest rate, slow
Farm credit- a little less strict, a bit less paper work, a little bit higher interest.
Have a 50/50 loan with both. Only way to get started. Fsa didn't require a payment for almost a year, that let us get a year of income in before a payment. It was slow to get approved with the fsa, was buying land at auction, just glad I got started soon enough before the auction. | |
