Dearfield Co. | The giant rice grinders were real good motors, the exception is the price it takes to work on them has gotten out of hand. Had a quote from my local cummins supplier for $42 for head bolts so I had to go another direction. The motors were tough except the coolant needed maintained well to keep electrolysis at bay in the lower counter bores.
With that being said I think it would be a excellent home for a ISX probably out of a 2005 model truck with some aftermarket parts-------probably would do better on fuel as well | |
