1) Interested in understanding my production goals
2) Communicates with me about products, order status, potential changes to my order (hybrids, seed sizes, variety changes, etc.)
3) Keeps information I deem confidential, confidential
It is important to understand that a farmer is running his business and the seed dealer is running his so they both have to be successful. Honesty, openness and adaptation to circumstances will be key. The company that the seed dealer is representing (or their representative) has to be the same with them. | |
