Kevin, thanks for the Illinois regression yield model using only June,July temperature anomaly. Its showing good agreement (Rsquared = 74%) as we expected from correlations shown in your earlier post. As Pete has pointed out, state productions don't matter to national stocks. However; they do matter to state corn farmers.
