Not enough pump or oil to do everything you want. Without a reservoir tank you will not be able to keep the oil cool enough even with a cooler. You need a 1200 CIH planter pump with a reservoir and a large oil cooler with a 12v fan just to run the vacuum blower. The hotter the oil gets the less efficient it is in moving the internals of the blower motor plus you will eventually cook the seals out of the motor. I have two coolers on my 7200 6r, one with a 12v fan and one without. I also went to 30wgt oil to maintain a higher viscosity when the oil is hot.

I have one guy who uses a small 1000 rpm IH pump and a non fan cooler on his 7200 6r with esets and he appears to get along fine. I would know if he wasn't happy because I made that setup for him.

If possible, could you run the vacuum blower off a pto pump and the Rawson off the tractor hydraulics?

I don't think the rawson would work on that because of the 12 gpm open center hydraulics not being able to reduce the flow.
The one on my 950 requires 4 gpm.
