If you have a good clutch to put on ok . Try it , If you have to buy one then it is just as cheap to buy a complete unit ... Most of the time the compressor dragging caused the clutch to burn up and if it was the bearing in clutch went first it likely ruined the mount on the compressor by spinning on it ..
Can it be done?
