Problem found. Inside front nose of trailer there is a sealed junction box with a bolt head that faces front of trailer. Screws that hold junction box cover on are rusted so I couldn't open it to see what the inside looks like. I simply put a wrench on that bolt head and the Gave it a quarter turn, guessing it's the ground. Problem solved
