Don't know if it would be an attitude adjustment or not. Ruleing with an iron fist isn't the best approach. He may very well be telling the truth about the number of planters. I'm not trying to make excuses for the guy, but many people are teachable. He very well could be the next great parts guy. His manager needs to work with him on his approach with customers. It's better to say nothing at all than to put someone down. Or their equipment. It goes both ways.
It takes 10 years to get 10 years experience.
