Because of the price, "here". This is what we had a year ago, e85 was 88 cents HIGHER than regular. Would you buy it if it were 88 cents higher than regular?
No I would not. But,but as a corn producer, I still support ethanol production, as your local pricing is an anomaly. E10 here has been running about $.40 under E-0. E-85 about $.40 under E-10. But price varies a lot.
