Pittsburg, Kansas | If you are a big enough winner. If the overall results are that enough waste is created in the process, even a win might be no better off than if things had just been run for the betterment of society instead of select groups.
Everybody that gets freebee's thinks they are better off. But are they really? A few probably are. Most likely are not.
