Same deal. Was a quarter sold in 13' for $5700 that sold a year ago for $4200. Today I think that number would be closer to $3500. The land that sold for $6000-$7000 per acre a few years ago is closer to $3500-$4000 in real value now. Same situation with the no sales for the most part. Not much for sale, even less moving.
