They seem to be down a fair amount. I think it has been mostly no sales around us lately. The last sale I went too they no saled a couple of pieces at $4100 and $4500. The current owner had just bought this land a couple of years ago for somewhere between $6,000 and $7,000 an acre and couldn't get $4500 now. What is land doing in your area?
