Absolutely, a person needs to be worried about deferred pay grain. The IRS rules state that a person deferring pay must be an unsecured creditor. A lot of miss information about that around. Also, the prepaid inputs. I have no way of knowing a multi national corporation's position in trading things like natural gas. And they would not tell you.
