How is that the worst time to apply? Seems like pretty favorable conditions. Frozen ground, no tracks, plenty of moisture in the ground, no rain in the for cast, and a big thaw coming first of the week. Looks like better chance of it staying where its supposed to be now than waiting till unpredictable spring weather when everyone is busy and it gets spread and gets a rain on it.
