Gladwin Mi
Rate of growth is slow and for the packer the yellow colored fat is not appealing when displayed in meat case.

I may made a mistake a couple years ago at stockyard and bought a dark soild colored jeresy. Talked to an old timer and told me to eat it I laughed but he was seroius. BEST MEAT EVER!!!!! You can have the cert angus me and my house we eat the jesrey. Was tellin my dad about it as we eat it and he did not beileve me so we asked him over for dinner his last one out in Frezzer was jeresy and now is raising a pen of purebred jeresy!
