Talked to a local banker just Fri and asked the same question. He said 4.25 - 5 depending on situation. He also said he had about 5 customers that are showing a guaranteed loss for this coming year and will have to secure their operating line with land equity. He said that the regulators are allowing loan to appraised value of 80%. Seemed high to me based off of what happened to land values in the 80's.
