Yes, operating money seems like a safe loan for lenders to me, they take out a ton of collateral
and have the revenue insurance guarantee. You'd think they would be knocking on doors. I realize it's not exactly rosy out there with many assets deflating,but I wouldn't think the operating notes would cause much sleep loss.
