Fluroxypyr or a starane product, wide match perhaps?
I know to use another mode on it here and shorten rotation restrictions, I have seen a blend of widematch and a bromoxynil product used with very good results. If they are the smaller size, use more bromox product and less widematch, and use more widematch according to size of kochia
