Yes, I am mainly coc, some has been 12-13 yrs, our yields seem like they just slowly uptick. I can't seem to grow good beans, so corn pencils better, this area where mainly cash rent. If higher end cash rent, corn is about only thing that pencils. Can easily grow 220+ bu coc here, that works better then 60-65 bu beans.
