First year spreading our own dry here. Very happy with my 14' BBI Magna spread. It is a 2012 model with the stainless mesh chain. Didn't spread a lot of lime but what I did spread was year old, wet, chunky lime and I had no issues whatsoever. Chandlers look to be a little heavier built than the BBI. If I was buying new I'd probably give the nod to the Chandler. Just found mine at the right place, right time.
