I'd look at applying 150% of removal rate with MAP or DAP. I'd try to apply ahead of corn planting to take advantage of the N in the MAP or DAP.

Retest in 4 years minimum. The re assess maybe. Looks good on K for now. IMO Phos is your limiting factor.

How about the PH/Ca? Is that level natural or from applied Lime?
