| From my 7 years experience of sampling, I would not sample after plowing or tillage of any sort. You have no idea of what soil you are getting, you could be getting soil from 2 inches or 14 inches, clods and powder... consistency is key. When I had to sample it there was no probe involved in tilled soil... It just did not work, turned into grab a handful here and there. If you have to till it before it can be sampled then wait till next year to sample. | |
