Willamette Valley, Oregon		All of the manganese numbers are low, but #46 is about half of the others.

Maybe they're "mang spots" not "mag spots"?

P also looks pretty low overall but I imagine you're putting some on.

Other than that, nothing else is striking as to why it wouldn't grow crops. I think a plant tissue micro nutrient test could be more revealing.
