as said a pressure cooker will really cook meat quick >< we like to cook new potatoes in our pressure pot >< not the small one, full size new potatoes, cook at 10psi for about 20 min, let cool down, we eat skin and all, that's red potatoes I am talking about, it a little different from baked potatoes
