Substitutes almond flour for wheat flour. The parchment paper makes a huge difference too. These stay very moist in a container and don't really get rock hard even if left out. Just thought some might like to see an alternative. Had them a few times and liked them just trying to break the urge for sweets. Cause if they are here they will get ate.
