Hi Roger, you have just had so much going on health wise that it is hard to concentrate on losing weight. Do you have your hip replacement scheduled or is that what you are talking to the surgeon about? Hope no more surprises and you will feel so much better after you are healed up from the hip replacement. Have a good week
